That meant that every suited deck sold in France carried the same appearance: The βParis Pattern.β The French had a unique habit of associating face cards with historic or mythical personages, considered the π±π°π³π΅π³π’πͺπ΅ π°π§π§πͺπ€πͺπ¦π. As such, each queen was assigned an identity: Judith β₯οΈ, Rachel β¦οΈ, Pallas β οΈ, and Argine β£οΈ.
